Dr Elaine Boey is currently as a Senior Consultant in the Department of Cardiology at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, Singapore. Dr Abdul Raqib bin Abd Ghani graduated from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur in 2005 and obtained his membership from the Royal College of Physicians UK in 2010. He then pursued his cardiology subspeciality training in 2014 with the Malaysian Ministry of Health cardiology program and went on to pursue a fellowship in Cardiac Rhythm Devices and Clinical Electrophysiology at the Christchurch Hospital in Canterbury New Zealand from 2017 till 2018.
Currently Dr Abdul Raqib is the Director of Electrophysiology, Consultant Cardiologist and Cardiac Electrophysiologist, leading a team of young enthusiastic electrophysiologists in Hospital Sultan Idris Shah Serdang, Malaysia, a high-volume public hospital in the Klang Valley.
He is the current Chairperson of the Malaysian Heart Rhythm Society, a sub-society of the National Heart Association of Malaysia.
Dr Abdul Raqib has a keen interest in catheter ablation of cardiac arrhythmias, implantation of cardiac device therapies for heart rhythm disorders and heart failure therapies, and lead extraction.

Clinical Associate Professor Ching Chi Keong is a Senior Consultant with the Department of Cardiology and the Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology and Pacing at the National Heart Centre Singapore. His sub-specialty interest is in cardiac electrophysiology and pacing.
Clin Assoc Prof Ching graduated with his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the National University of Singapore in 1995. He subsequently obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) in 2001 and the Certificate of Specialist Accreditation (Cardiology) in 2004.
Clin Assoc Prof Ching completed his clinical fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology and Pacing at the Cleveland Clinic, USA, in 2007. During the fellowship, he acquired competency to perform catheter ablation of complex arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation and tachycardia as well as ventricular tachycardia. He received in-depth training in implantation and the optimisation of pacemakers, internal defibrillators and cardiac resynchronisation therapy devices.
In recognition of his professional and research achievements, Clin Assoc Prof Ching was inducted as a Fellow of the ASEAN Society of Cardiology, Fellow of the Academy of Medicine (Singapore), and Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society, USA.

Adj Assoc. Prof Toon Wei Lim is a senior consultant cardiologist and Head of Community Cardiology at the National University Heart Centre, Singapore and specialises in cardiac electrophysiology. He graduated from the University of Sydney in 1997 with 1st Class Honours and then completed his cardiology training at Westmead Hospital (Sydney, Australia). After attaining his fellowship to the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, he continued to work as a Cardiology Research Fellow at Westmead Hospital in the area of catheter ablation for cardiac arrhythmias, particularly that of atrial fibrillation. He was awarded a PhD from the University of Sydney for this research work, which included one of the then largest randomized clinical trials of atrial fibrillation ablation techniques.
In 2009 he joined the University of Ottawa Heart Institute as a Clinical Fellow in Cardiac Electrophysiology before returning in 2010 to join the Arrhythmia Service of the National University Heart Centre, Singapore.
Adj. Assoc. Prof. Lim’s main research interest is in cardiac arrhythmias and he has been both principal and co-investigator in several clinical trials of device or pharmaceutical interventions. He has also been working on integrated chronic care for patients with atrial fibrillation with a focus on patient education and self-management.
For the past 9 years, he has also served on the executive council of the Singapore Cardiac Society and is currently the Immediate Past President.

Dr Daniel Chong is a Senior Consultant in Cardiology at National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS), with special training in cardiac implantable electronic devices and electrophysiology. He completed his medical education at the National University of Singapore in 2001. Dr Kelvin Chua is a senior consultant cardiologist at The Heart and Vascular Centre predominantly based at Gleneagles and Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Singapore. She also manages remote monitoring of these devices, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and device performance.

Ms Liang has started my Cardiac Physiologist journey in 2002, from learning placement of 12 lead ECG to Echocardiography and being a certified Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer with the ARDMS. Eventually she fell in love with Electrophysiology and have been assisting in the EP Lab since then. She is currently IBHRE CEPS and CCDS certified and also an IBHRE ambassador.
